In this role you will enable smooth leadership operations and cross-functional collaboration within British Airways' Customer & People team. You will coordinate directors, plans and governance materials, while driving improvements and smarter ways of working. You'll support recruitment, budgeting and key business activities, ensuring a well-run, welcoming workplace.   • Coordinate leadership meetings, team events, away days and key business activities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing packs and governance materials

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and people-related processes
  • Drive communications, engagement activities and recognition initiatives

Tasks

  • Proven administrative or business support experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Project coordination or small-scale project management experience (desirable)
  • Airline, operational or 24/7 environment experience (advantageous)
