Lead supplier relationships to drive quality and performance, agree defect rectification plans with suppliers and BA stakeholders, and manage key relationships across BA/IAG to ensure highest product qualityWhat you’ll do:Lead Product Delivery, ensuring successful delivery of cabin programmes to the SOW’s, on time and to the highest quality standards.Drive Supplier Performance, build strong relationships with suppliers to enforce quality and product standards.Partner with internal teams to implement remedial plans for product quality issues.Oversee technical requirements and maintain control of all quality and delivery metrics.Identify issues, find innovative solutions and negotiate acceptance criteria for aircraft purchases, securing contractual commitments.Act as On-Site Focal Point, representing British Airways with world-wide cabin suppliers on all technical and delivery matters.Deliver on-site technical expertise aligned with safety, regulatory, and commercial requirements.Champion Process Improvement, identify and support simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.
