Earlier this year, we expanded our maintenance capability with the opening of British Airways Engineering Gatwick. We're now looking to build on the strong foundation established by our dedicated team there and further develop the site to include Winter Airbus Heavy Maintenance operations within this impressive facility.

The role: Heavy Maintenance Process Excellence. Ready to shape and deliver the future of Heavy Maintenance through CI and process excellence across our locations in Cardiff, Glasgow, Gatwick and Heathrow. We are looking for a Head of Heavy Maintenance Process Excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead lean deployments embedding change and process excellence
  • Champion innovation, digitally enabled MRO practices
  • Ensure seamless integration between all support functions
  • Improve aircraft availability and maintenance performance
