About the role: As part of our tech transformation, we plan to build a British Airways Holidays App. The Product Lead (App) will lead a newly created App Product team to build and grow our customer‑facing App. Reporting into the Head of Digital Experience, this role will own the App strategy and deliver a brilliant customer experience aligned with the broader British Airways Holidays vision.

What you will be doing:

  • Set the vision, strategy and goals for the App, informed by business strategy, customer research and analytics.
  • Lead a multi‑disciplinary product team, including a QA Engineer, Business Analyst, and contract engineering & design roles.
  • Own the roadmap, ensuring solution design and decisions are data‑driven and aligned to business priorities.
  • Be accountable for delivery across the App Product team, partnering with central Tech for resourcing and solution design, and coaching teams to build iteratively using agile methodologies.
  • Maintain a high‑quality customer experience on the App.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across BA Holidays, IAGL and OpCos.
  • Drive the strategy for BA Holidays’ presence in the BA App.
  • Oversee and optimise the App budget, ensuring efficient and appropriate investment.
