Overview
In this role you will turn complex data into actionable insight to drive operational and commercial performance for BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, improve efficiency and enhance customer and commercial outcomes through analytics, reporting and AI-enabled solutions. Expect to lead analyses, build dashboards, and present findings that influence decisions at a regional airline level. Responsibilities
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Provide insight, recommendations, and decision support to operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Build, maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, models, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Produce forecasts, targets and performance analyses for planning and decision-making.
- Lead ad-hoc analytical investigations and business-critical projects.
- Present complex findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
- Influence decisions through evidence-based insight and constructive challenge.
- Drive automation, data quality and analytical process improvements.
- Collaborate with BA CityFlyer, BA EuroFlyer and wider BA/IAG analytics communities to deliver high-impact outcomes.
Key requirements
- Numerate degree or equivalent analytical experience.
- Strong experience with Excel, SQL and other analytical tools.
- Experience analysing business data and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, models or other analytical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Strong technical communication, especially to less technical stakeholders.
