Overview
In this role you will transform data into actionable insights to support operational and commercial decisions for BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer. You will build reports, dashboards, and analytical models, and contribute to strategic initiatives with evidence-based recommendations. You will present findings to stakeholders and support planning, forecasting, and performance improvement across datasets from operations, airports, and commercial teams. This is a data-driven role at a collaborative airline team, offering opportunities to influence decisions and shape performance.

Responsibilities
- Analyse data to provide actionable insight, recommendations and decision support
- Undertake ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and investigate performance issues
- Build, maintain and enhance reporting, dashboards and analytical models
- Support strategic projects by providing analytical expertise and evidence-based recommendations
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders across the business
- Deliver high-quality management information to support decision-making
- Support planning and forecasting activities
- Work with operational, airport and commercial datasets to identify opportunities and improve performance
Key requirements
- Numerate degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience using Excel, SQL or similar analytical tools
- Experience working with data visualisation and reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience analysing data and translating findings into recommendations
