British Airways is seeking a Flight Safety Performance Specialist to join the Flight Operations Technical team. You will monitor aviation safety performance, analyse data from safety reports and Flight Data Monitoring, and produce dashboards and insights to support safety governance and continuous improvement.
You will analyse trends, precursors and barrier effectiveness, support RAPs and MoC activities with robust evidence, and contribute to evidence-based training and safety promotion.
