The role: Agency Programme Strategy Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Programme Strategy Manager-Agency to lead the strategic direction and development of our Agency or Corporate commercial programmes. This role leads the definition, design, and implementation of programme strategy, ensuring British Airways delivers commercially optimised, data driven propositions that drive long term value and transformation
What you’ll do
- Define and implement the strategic vision for either Agency or Corporate programmes.
- Design and deliver transformation plans that drive significant revenue growth.
- Lead governance and secure alignment with seniors including Directors of Revenue & Sales and the CCO.
- Build and manage a roadmap for programme development, ensuring commercial optimisation.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of 5–10.
- Embed a data-led approach, ensuring all decisions are driven by quantitative insight.
- Collaborate with global partners (AA, IB, etc.) to deliver BA-led programmes and influence partner-led initiatives.
- Develop robust business cases and oversee budget management.
