As a Training Operations Coordinator, you'll act as the first point of contact for the academy, ensuring every learning experience runs seamlessly. You'll support trainers, colleagues and guests while delivering a high‑quality, customer‑focused environment. This is a uniformed, shift‑based role, with occasional travel across GLA sites.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house experience
- Coordinate day‑to‑day training operations and resolve on‑the‑day issues
- Induct and support new entrants, creating a positive first impression
- Prepare and manage learning resources to ensure sessions run smoothly
- Support delivery through exam invigilation, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Manage communications, including calls and shared inbox queries
- Maintain records, certifications and systems in line with GDPR requirements
- Monitor classroom standards and learning environments, escalating issues where needed
- Support equipment availability and general training logistics
- Assist with facility tours and stakeholder engagement
- Track attendance and support reporting and data accuracy
- Provide support to Training Duty Leads and contribute to continuous improvement
