British Airways is seeking a Leadership & Talent Development Lead on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract in London. Working within the Global Learning Academy, you will design and deliver leadership development initiatives that power the business strategy, values and future success, helping leaders at every level thrive and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
