The role: Senior Leadership & Business Support Executive

What you'll do

  • Keep multiple Directors organised by managing diaries, meetings, events and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, team events, away days and key business activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing packs and governance materials.
  • Track actions, priorities, risks and departmental objectives to keep activity on course.
  • Support business planning, reporting cycles, budgets, purchase orders and expenses.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and other people-related processes.
  • Drive communications, engagement activities and recognition initiatives across the department.
  • Support projects, transformation activity and business improvement initiatives.
  • Champion smarter ways of working through technology, innovation and process improvements.
  • Help create an efficient, welcoming and well-run workplace environment.

Your experience

  • Proven administrative or business support experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple levels of an organisation.
  • Experience coordinating senior meetings, events and business activities.
  • Reporting, data analysis and management information experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams.
  • Project coordination or small-scale project management experience is desirable.
  • Airline, operational or 24/7 environment experience is advantageous.
