This originality has been in our blood since day one. It's the spirit we share with the people that fly with us, our partners, and our colleagues.
The role: Engineering Safety Business Partner. Working alongside our Health & Safety Advisors and Senior Advisors, you'll support activities such as safety walks, workplace inspections, investigations, action tracking and operational safety improvement activities. You'll also help identify emerging trends, support local implementation of safety initiatives and promote a positive and proactive safety culture across the Engineering directorate.
What you'll bring to British Airways: We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who are self‑motivated, organised and passionate about improving safety through frontline engagement and partnership working. Whilst experience in engineering or aviation is desirable, we are particularly interested in people who can build trusted relationships, influence through coaching and support operational teams in delivering meaningful safety improvement.
