Join our dynamic Offer & Order Solutions team, where we're looking for a talented Product Executive to support key domains within our commercial infrastructure, and work with the Product Specialists to help shape the future of travel technology. The Offer & Order Solutions team (part of eCommerce & Platforms) operates the infrastructure, systems, and airline partnerships needed to get our products out to customers.
As a Product Executive you will play a crucial role in shaping and managing our commercial systems, including but not limited to the PSS and ATPco. This role is centred around providing technical, commercial, and operational know‑how to the business: from supporting the use and maintenance of existing systems on a day‑to‑day basis, to providing expertise on the conception and launch of new products, you will collaborate closely with Commercial, Customer and Operations colleagues and our Partner Airlines, as well as with IT, 3rd party System Providers and Industry bodies to offer expert support in maintaining, shaping and developing our revenue management and selling system capabilities.

What you’ll do
- Learn and apply in‑depth specialist knowledge in our systems, practices and processes to ensure continuity of business activities, resolution of business challenges and support project initiatives to ensure robust solutions are developed and delivered.
- Manage key aspects of BA’s Pricing, Selling and Revenue Management systems access, to ensure users have appropriate permissions and capabilities to meet business and regulatory needs.
- Provide input to other stakeholders’ decisions to ensure systems capabilities are fully utilised to protect BA’s commercial interests whilst minimising adverse customer impact.
- Manage the day‑to‑day running of BA’s Offer and Order Management systems, from Shopping to Availability, Schedule and Codeshare maintenance to Seating control and Helpdesk management and Revenue Integrity, ensuring commercial intent is quickly and accurately surfaced to customers.
- Scope, test and evaluate changes to Offer and Order Management systems, in order that BA derives benefit from system developments and to ensure the right solution is implemented.
- Provide quality technical consultancy to enable Product Specialists to make informed decisions that deliver and maximise the commercial benefits of the product.
- Process changes to the BA selling and codeshare schedule to enable revenue optimisation, distribution to selling systems and appropriate communication to customers.
- Proactively identify harmful booking practices and work with other commercial areas utilising BA’s selling systems to minimise adverse revenue leakage.
- Proactively find opportunities for the exploitation of selling system capabilities to improve the benefit to BA of existing and emerging technologies.
What you’ll bring

- Understanding of at least one higher level programming language desirable e.g., SQL.
Your experience
- Sound understanding of airline commercial processes, airline products, and airline products distribution.
- Good all‑round knowledge of the airline technology ecosystem is desirable.
- Familiarity with airline revenue management and distribution techniques is desirable.
- Experience in a Commercial Pricing, Price and Availability Distribution, Revenue Management, Reservations, Ticketing or Helpdesk role is desirable.
- Knowledge of modern retailing and offer management capabilities is an advantage.
