The Role: Lounge Business Executive- 18 month Fixed Term

What You\'ll Do:
Manage the portfolio of British Airways and third-party lounge suppliers, ensuring delivery of an exceptional, consistent experience that surpasses customer expectations.
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for internal teams and external delivery partners, ensuring effective communication and operational alignment.
Oversee all aspects of lounge operations, including maintenance, supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, food and health safety, and customer communications.
Secure business case approvals for lounge spend in line with British Airways\' financial guidelines.
Utilise customer insight and satisfaction data (CSAT) to inform continuous improvements and elevate the premium lounge experience.
Identify and act on opportunities to optimise cost efficiencies, improve service delivery, and unlock new revenue streams.
