A career without limits. As the nation's flag carrier, we take great pride in connecting Britain with the world and the world with Britain. It's something we've been doing for over 100 years, ever since we launched the world's first international scheduled air service between London and Paris. This originality has been in our blood since day one. It's the spirit we share with the people that fly with us, our partners, and our colleagues.

So, whether you are a reassuring voice on the end of a phone, a smile at the door, under a wing keeping the turbines spinning or landing us gently in far-flung places, a job at British Airways is yours to make. We know great things can happen when you're inspired to think big and bring your ambition to work every day, which is why, at British Airways, the sky is never the limit.

As a Reward Analyst, you'll be part of the People Directorate, within the Reward team at British Airways. This team plays a critical role in shaping how we attract, retain and reward our people across the business, ensuring our reward and benefits offering is competitive, compliant and aligned to our strategy as a global airline.

Working at the heart of the People function, you'll provide expert reward insight and data-driven guidance to People Business Partners and line managers, helping to translate complex reward information into clear, practical solutions that support our people and the wider business.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and deliver global employee benefits processes, ensuring robust audit trails and continuous improvement.
  • Support the delivery of global benefits activity, including projects and ad-hoc work across the wider Reward function.
  • Analyse and manipulate data using Excel to identify trends, produce insights and recommend actions.
  • Produce management reports, charts and presentations to support key People and Reward decisions.
  • Monitor government regulations, legislation and market benefit trends, ensuring British Airways remains competitive and compliant.
  • Work closely with global benefits advisors and providers, leading enrolment, renewal, review and distribution processes.
  • Administer benefits policies, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Create clear, engaging reward and benefits communications that translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
  • Build and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring service levels are met and budgets are effectively controlled.
  • Support the review and appointment of new benefits providers where required.

What you'll bring to British Airways:

Do you have strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into meaningful insight? Are you confident in building strong relationships, earning trust and influencing a wide range of stakeholders? You'll bring a flexible, agile and proactive mindset, enabling you to adapt to changing priorities, alongside strong commercial acumen and an innovative approach to reward and benefits processes. You'll be comfortable handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and take pride in your collaborative, can-do attitude, consistently role modelling British Airways behaviours and ways of working.

Your experience:

  • A university degree in a business or numerically focused subject.
  • CIPD qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven experience working with people and employee benefits policies.
  • Previous experience of employee benefits, including insurance and multinational arrangements.
  • Expert-level skills in Excel, with strong capability in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent numeracy, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

What we offer:

We believe that all the people who work with us should feel valued for the part they play. It's one of the reasons our rewards go far beyond a competitive salary. From the day you join us, you'll get access to brilliant staff travel benefits including unlimited basic and premium standby tickets on British Airways flights. You'll also receive up to 30 discounted Hotline airfares per year for yourself, friends, and family.

At British Airways, you'll have the chance to take on new challenges and move forward in a way that feels right for you. We encourage all those who work for us to consider opportunities right across our business to help you develop and progress. We never stand still, and we don't expect our people to either.

Inclusion & Diversity:

At British Airways, we all have a part to play in creating an inclusive place to work. Diverse representation among our people is really important to us and we recognise that all our colleagues are uniquely different and bring their own originality, creativity and identity to work. Inclusion and diversity is a key driver of innovation and we're committed to creating a culture where everyone feels that they can be themselves.
