Planning or Delivery – what's the difference?
Resource Planning is about building the plan – using data to forecast demand, create rosters and make sure everything is in place ahead of time. Resource Delivery is about running the plan – deploying people in real time, handling live issues and keeping the operation moving smoothly on the day.
