The role: Air Operations Administrator

Salary banding: £31,500 to £35,000 per annum.

Join BA Cityflyer’s Air Operations team, the department that helps keep our airline running safely, smoothly and reliably every day. In this role, you'll support Cabin Crew, Flight Crew and operational managers through effective administration, accurate reporting, system support and day-to-day coordination.

What you'll do:

  • Provide seamless administrative support across Air Operations, acting as a key point of contact for Cabin Crew and Flight Crew.
  • Compile and action daily reports, circulate relevant data, maintain crew management systems, manage mailboxes, produce meeting minutes and support document control.
  • Help coordinate duty travel, car hire, hotel requirements, iPad administration and wider projects as required.

Your experience:

  • Strong numerical and written communication skills, gained through education, training or relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with Power BI being desirable.
  • Comfortable analysing data, producing reports and dashboards, and presenting information in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Able to travel to various locations and hold a full airside pass.
