The role of LHR Maintenance Process Excellence Delivery Manager is crucial as every flight that leaves Heathrow relies on the skill, planning, and dedication of our maintenance teams on the ground. In this senior leadership role, you'll lead important work to improve how we operate, helping to ensure our 250+ aircraft are supported by strong systems, processes, and people.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the delivery of key projects that improve safety, efficiency, and quality across our maintenance programmes.
- Use continuous improvement tools and methods to identify better ways of working and support their roll-out.
- Work closely with our digital and data teams to build solutions that meet real operational needs.
- Build strong working relationships across teams, providing clear updates, support, and guidance to senior leaders and partners.
- Ensure all change activity is well-governed, meets our high standards, and is delivered with safety and compliance in mind.
- Support a strong team culture that encourages collaboration, learning, and innovation.
- Coach and guide teams through problem-solving, using digital tools and data to help them find the best solutions.
What you will bring to British Airways:

Your experience should include:
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) (desirable).

- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and regulatory compliance (essential).
- Experience leading change in complex, high-risk, industrial unionised environments (desirable).
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods and digital tools (essential).
- A relevant technical or engineering degree (desirable).
