The Role: Join the Creative Studio at British Airways as an Assistant Traffic Manager and play a pivotal role in keeping our projects on track, organised, and delivered to the highest standard. You’ll be central to ensuring briefs are managed efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, and communication flows seamlessly across teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Studio Traffic Manager by triaging and tracking creative briefs from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate resource allocation, making sure the right team members are working on the right tasks at the right time.
- Monitor timelines and key milestones, keeping all projects on schedule.
- Serve as a communication hub between internal teams (design, video, copy, production) and stakeholders.
- Liaise with agencies and third parties to ensure clarity and alignment across all activities.
- Manage regular updates, resolve delays, and help prepare assets for review and distribution.
- Lead recurring and repeatable design activities with a strong end-to-end workflow mindset.
- Step in for the Traffic Manager during absences and assist in reporting on studio productivity using relevant tools.
