British Airways Holidays is looking for a calm, customer-focused operator to support travellers in disruptions from our Crawley-based team. You will handle calls to rebook, amend hotels, transfers and other arrangements, delivering consistent service even in high-pressure moments.
The role requires ability to work shifts including earlies, lates and nights, and to pass CRC and probity checks. Hybrid working in the UK is offered after training.
