About The Role
Content will be a critical enabler of our planned growth. The Content Lead will define and execute an ambitious content strategy to position our business as a market-leading travel selling platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and lead the end-to-end content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, customer needs, and commercial priorities across all digital touch points.
- Oversee content creation, management, and optimisation, including copywriting, imagery, metadata, and structured content within our CMS and supporting tools.
- Establish and maintain content standards, including tone of voice, editorial guidelines, accessibility requirements, and quality assurance processes.
- Lead and mentor the content team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into journeys and delivered efficiently.
- Drive operational efficiency, improving content workflows, governance, tooling, and processes for high-quality content delivery.
