Our Holidays division, which includes British Airways Holidays, connects customers to thousands of destinations worldwide through seamless, end‑to‑end travel experiences.
The Loyalty division hosts Avios, the global loyalty currency, enabling millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail, and financial services.
The Opportunity
Lead the transformation that enables our Holidays Product & Sourcing function to work smarter, move faster and scale for the future.
Working alongside the Head of Product & Sourcing, you will shape the future of the function and build the enabling capability that allows our buying teams to innovate faster, onboard suppliers more effectively and launch products with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the redesign of the operating model for product set‑up, partner onboarding, connectivity and ongoing updates to bring products to market accurately, efficiently and at pace.
- Define future operating models, workflows and ownership to ensure the right work sits in the right place, supporting growth across new product categories and increasing complexity.
- Map current ways of working, identify opportunities to simplify processes, remove duplication, and reduce operational risk.
- Leverage AI, automation and smarter technology to improve productivity, decision‑making and overall effectiveness.
- Create a joined‑up approach to product readiness, supplier onboarding and operational delivery across multiple teams.
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Enablement team, building capability and cultivating a culture of ownership, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leaders across Holidays, Loyalty and Technology to influence change, align priorities and embed new ways of working.
- Ensure day‑to‑day delivery supports the longer‑term transformation agenda while balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience leading operational, process or enablement transformation in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams while embedding change.
- Comfortable operating as part of a senior leadership team, influencing strategy and shaping organisational direction.
- Experience from a complex, digitally‐led B2C, e‑commerce or travel business, or a similarly complex customer‑focused organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements through process simplification, technology, automation or data‑led problem solving.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation and emerging technologies and how to apply them to create genuine business value.
- Systems thinking, strategic vision and hands‑on operational execution to ensure change succeeds in practice.
- Exceptional communicator, able to translate complex operational challenges into practical actions and clear priorities.
- Resilience, curiosity and commercial awareness, with confidence to challenge constructively and inspire others through change.
- Working Arrangements
The role is based at our Crawley office. You will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the remaining time working from home.
