As a social media specialist for British Airways Holidays, you will create engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll manage the entire content lifecycle from idea to publication, adapting content for each platform, editing assets, and ensuring brand consistency.
You will publish social posts, collate assets, edit imagery and short‑form video, work closely with Brand, Marketing, Product & Sourcing, and BA, manage audience conversations, review performance, and stay current with social trends.
What we need from you:
- Social media & content creation: Experience creating and publishing social posts, combining copy, imagery and video for a consumer brand on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Familiarity with tools such as Edits, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Insights, creativity & curiosity: Review performance, use data to improve content, stay updated on trends, and propose fresh ideas.
- Working with governance & frameworks: Comfortable stakeholder collaboration, adaptable to deadlines, with strong attention to detail and compliance (copyright, GDPR).
