4+ years of UX/UI design experience with mobile apps and complex B2B web applications (enterprise platforms or operational tools). Exceptional mobile design skills, full stop. You have a portfolio that proves you can ship beautiful, thoughtful mobile products. You understand platform-specific patterns for iOS and Android at a deep level: navigation paradigms, gesture vocabularies, motion principles, safe areas, and the subtle differences that make an app feel truly native on each platform.

A strong eye for beauty, proportion, and detail. You notice the 1px misalignment, the slightly off color value, the spacing that doesn't breathe right, and you care enough to fix it. Demonstrated ownership of art direction in past roles: you haven't just followed brand guidelines, you've shaped them. Fluent English at C1 level or above, ideally backed by a recognized certificate (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL) or by sustained professional collaboration with English-speaking clients and teams over multiple years.

Deep knowledge of design systems. You've contributed to or co-owned component libraries, tokens, and documentation. Figma expert: auto layout, prototyping, variables, components, wireframing, and developer handoff. Hands‑on familiarity with the latest generation of AI‑powered design tools, including Figma Make, UX Pilot, and Relume, with a genuine curiosity to adopt new tools as they emerge.

Proficiency in design prompting within LLMs, particularly Claude: you know how to write effective prompts for generating copy, exploring concepts, structuring information architecture, and iterating on design decisions. Comfortable working with AI agents as collaborative tools, understanding how to delegate tasks, review outputs, and integrate agent‑assisted workflows into your daily practice.

Strong user‑centered design foundation: research methods, standard UCD processes, and translating insights into intuitive experiences. Systems thinking combined with pixel‑level craft. You can zoom out to see a project's larger ecosystem and zoom in to obsess over the details that make an interface feel considered and alive.

Excellent communication skills: async collaboration, storytelling, presenting design rationale clearly and persuasively. Self‑driven, self‑correcting, and results‑oriented. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment. BA degree in Visual Communication or equivalent. Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and staying current with design trends. Self‑driven with strong communication and presentation skills. Understanding of WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards. Experience working in a startup environment.

Proficiency in animation and motion design (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Apple Motion, Blender). Lead end‑to‑end UX design for consumer‑facing EV driver apps (iOS, Android), responsive web, and complex B2B web platform experiences, with mobile as your primary canvas. Own art direction across product surfaces, establishing and guarding visual quality, consistency, and brand expression at every level of the experience.

Set the bar for mobile craft: transitions, micro‑interactions, gesture patterns, typography at small scale, and the kind of tactile polish that makes an app feel native and effortless. Design intuitive experiences across both domains: driver apps (charger discovery, session management, payment flows) and B2B platform for charging operators. Design and refine the product's UX.
