TEMPORARY SENIOR HR ADVISOR GLOUCESTER £40,000 – £45,000 Pro Rata Our client is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team on a temporary basis. It will be a temporary assignment for around 4-5weeks and they can consider people on a full-time or part-time basis. Suitable candidates must be available for an immediate start and will have: * Experience of working in an Employee Relations role, or extensive case experience in a more generalist HR role. * Experience providing expert advice and guidance on all HR and employee relations matters, such as disciplinary, grievance, absence or performance management, capability and people management * Strong at building relationships with management, providing hands-on advice on a whole range of people-related issues * Sound working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice * Excellent communication skills – ability to liaise at all levels NEXT STEPS If you’re interested in becoming a Senior HR Advisor apply today with your current CV.
