Responsibilities

  • Closing sales opportunities within your account base and meeting quarterly revenue targets
  • Being the point of contact for identified Key Accounts
  • Conducting data-focused quarterly business reviews with clients, ideally face to face
  • Creating strategic growth plans for each key account, including mapping of decision makers, key contacts, and organisational structure
  • Collaborating with the Marketing department on targeted, bespoke account-based marketing campaigns to drive the business
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM System (Salesforce)

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience within an Account Manager role achieving individual revenue targets
  • Previous experience with managing high-spend accounts
  • Experience selling annual recurring revenue contracts is desirable
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels, both virtually and face to face
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and driven individual
  • Highly adaptable and resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced and growing business
