GENERAL MANAGER RICHMOND, YORKSHIRE £35,000

A rapidly growing organisation with a strong presence at the heart of the local community is seeking an experienced people manager to oversee a small cluster of branches.

In this role, you'll lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently, company standards are consistently upheld and customers receive the highest level of care and support.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a General Manager your key duties will include

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring consistently high service standards, operational efficiency and an excellent customer experience.
