About Us:
We are a long standing, very established friendly Hair Salon based in the Malvern area. Our ethos is to deliver exceptional customer service to our loyal client base. Our staff are a mix of self employed and employed Hair Stylists working effectively as one team.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a Hair Stylist would be:
* Offer proactive creative stylist services to all clients.
* Conducting consultations and understanding client requirements.
* Build effective relationships with clients to ensure longevity.
* Ensure the salon is always clean and tidy.
* Working as part of a team you will be a strong communicator and team player.
Requirements:
* Strong expertise in a wide range of hair services (level 3)
* Creativity and strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional and reliable with a strong work ethic
Benefits:
* Paid salary with an hourly rate of up to £18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
* 28 days holiday (pro rata) including Bank holidays
* Flexible hours to suit your needs ie (School hours/or full days per week 1-5 days
