We’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a team in the early stages of their journey. Despite the team being relatively new, you’ll be working within an established and respected global organisation. If you’ve got a clinical background, a growth mindset and prior device sales experience we’d love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for the performance of a large region covering half of the UK, with the need to be out visiting customers 4 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a large sales territory, including regular travel, overnight stays and flexible working hours.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through frequent face-to-face meetings while actively identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory and hospital-level business plans, providing regular pipeline, diary, and sales activity updates to management.
- Deliver product training and support to healthcare professionals, collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored clinical and commercial solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and stay informed on NHS developments, market trends, competitors and industry events to drive sales performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- A strong understanding of the UK healthcare market and key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within healthcare, ideally in Maternity, Gynaecology or Obstetrics.
- Experience selling to NHS trusts and private healthcare providers, with product launch experience being an advantage.
- Skilled in developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and building relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Experienced in new business development, territory growth and managing large regions with extensive customer engagement and travel.
- A full clean UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to travel.
