Our client, based in Manchester, is looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Mortgage Support Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Offering hybrid working from day one, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home 2 days per week.
This is more than just a customer service role. As a Mortgage Support Advisor, you'll be the reassuring voice customers turn to when they need support during times of difficulty. You'll use empathy, professionalism and excellent communication skills to build trust, understand each customer's circumstances and provide the guidance and reassurance they need during challenging times.

As a Mortgage Support Advisor you will:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, supporting them through the process and ensuring a suitable solution is implemented
- Provide an empathetic approach while ensuring call objectives are achieved
- Ensure systems are updated with each customer interaction
- Work in line with regulations, procedures and SLAs
To be considered for the role of Mortgage Support Advisor, you must have:
- Previous experience within a mortgage support role
- Prior debt collections experience is desirable
- Experience working in a call centre or phone-based environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations in a professional and empathetic manner
- Ability to work to targets and KPIs
- Confidence working within a regulated environment
