We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join our client on the outskirts of Evesham. We’re looking for a qualified engineer who has experience within aerospace. The role is working Monday to Friday on fixed earlies (6am – 2:30pm).

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Machining a variety of metal components, working to tight tolerances within a factory environment.
- Setting and operating micrometers, verniers, CMM and surface finish equipment.
- Working to drawings and written specifications.
- Using hand tools and reading gauges.
- Ensuring the quality of all products.
- Maintaining health and safety standards.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Mechanical Engineer, you will be:
- An experienced machine operator with a background working within aerospace.
- Qualified to HND level or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledgeable about and experienced with AS9100.
- Confident interpreting technical drawings and written instructions.
- Proactive, responsible and positive in your approach.
- A strong communicator with a good level of English (spoken and written).
- Please note that due to the location own transport is essential.
