A global organisation is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be joining the digital team as they undertake major programmes and projects to update and digitalise across the organisation. As such, we're looking for someone who has strong experience working across tech projects/programmes.
Acting as the trusted business partner to c-suite and heads of department within the function, you will provide strategic financial oversight, planning and performance management for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring investment decisions are supported by clear commercial insight.

Responsibilities
- Act as the key finance business partner to the digital department, supporting investment decisions, business cases and project priorities with clear financial insight.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting for several programmes and smaller projects, ensuring funding and resource plans support long-term organisational goals.
- Oversee the financial performance of large multi-year projects, monitoring costs, risks and value delivery, while providing regular updates to the Head of FP&A and CFO.
- Partner with project and business leaders to ensure financial impacts of delivery plans, scope changes and priorities are reflected accurately in forecasts.
- Strengthen financial governance and reporting by improving cost control, forecasting accuracy, financial modelling, scenario analysis and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and present financial analysis and insights for senior leadership and the board.
Required Skills & Experience
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering within a technology or digital environment.
- Experience supporting large, complex and multi-year programmes.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in matrixed or global organisations.
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to turn complex financial data into clear business insights.
- High proficiency in financial systems, ERP/forecasting tools and Excel.
- Proven experience working with large datasets, with exposure to AI or automation.
