Our client is looking for an established Product Owner to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You’ll need proven experience managing CRM implementations alongside excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy for the CRM element of the project.
  • Develop the product roadmap, define priorities and ensure that the project remains on track.
  • Own and manage the backlog, ensuring effective prioritisation.
  • Lead a team to ensure that user stories and requirements are clearly defined.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed effectively, while delivering value and meeting the requirements of the business and customer.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure the product aligns with the wider business goals and strategy.
  • Ensure the customer is kept at the heart of the project.
  • Identify potential risks to delivery and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a similar role, managing large scale change as a Product Owner.
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, Dynamics or similar).
  • Proven experience of working within an Agile methodology framework.
  • A solution focused approach and experience developing strategies that meet business needs.
  • Proven experience in conducting user research, business analysis, creating user stories, managing the backlog, UAT etc.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels, with the ability to influence others.
  • Confident using product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Mural).
  • A full valid driving licence as travel is required.
