Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead and support key cross‑functional projects at BritBox International, cutting across multiple business functions including Product, Technology, Data, Editorial, and Strategy (among others). You will act as the glue responsible for keeping projects on track, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring momentum. In addition, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering strategic communications across the business. This includes working closely with senior stakeholders to develop clear, compelling narratives and materials for company‑wide forums, executive audiences, and key internal initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of strategic communications, including leadership updates, company‑wide meetings, and priority initiatives, ensuring messages are clear, coherent, and aligned with business goals.
- Help translate complex initiatives and data into concise, high‑quality materials and presentations tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Actively track progress, identify risks and issues, and support problem‑solving to keep projects and communications on track.
- Help maintain and evolve the Delivery Team project roadmap, ensuring clear visibility of priorities, dependencies, and progress across initiatives, and supporting effective communication of delivery status to senior stakeholders.
We are a small agile team so the successful candidate would be expected to be flexible to work on projects pending the business need, be willing to muck in whatever task and have a no‑job‑is‑too‑big/too‑small attitude.
Knowledge and Experience
- Passionate about the media & entertainment industry and eager to contribute to a growing streaming platform.
- Prior experience in project management, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent at quickly pulling together impactful slides for a variety of audiences.
- A strong team player who fosters collaboration across multiple functional areas.
- Willing to take on a variety of tasks to ensure project success.
- Zero ego and a no‑job‑is‑too‑small / too‑big attitude.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A great communicator, able to engage with stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
- Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, global environment, balancing agility with structure and is naturally a collaborative team player.
- Comfortable working with Excel and translating complex messages into a clear narrative.
- Experience in Management Consulting and Internal Comms a plus.
This job spec is not exhaustive and may change from time to time in line with the evolving nature of a dynamic and growing business.
