Job Purpose Payments and subscriptions sit at the commercial core of a direct‑to‑consumer streaming service.
They determine whether customers can subscribe, change plans, remain subscribed or return after leaving.
Even small failures in this area can result in lost revenue, customer dissatisfaction and increased support costs.
We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the architecture of our payments, billing and subscription domain.
You will design and evolve systems supporting millions of customers across multiple countries, currencies and platforms.
Working hands‑on alongside the Principal Architect and engineering teams, you will set technical direction, improve resilience and maintain a high quality bar across the domain.
Advanced use of large language models and AI‑assisted engineering is also an important part of the role.
We are looking for someone who has built reliable, tested and maintainable systems around models, rather than someone whose experience is limited to using AI tools for individual productivity.
