Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead and support key projects at BritBox International that cut across multiple business functions, including Marketing, Product, Editorial, Strategy, Tech, and Data. The successful candidate will be responsible for being "the glue" that holds projects together, driving rigour and progress. This role will support creating efficiency across a variety of initiatives, including end-to-end delivery, overseeing operations, and developing and implementing new systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Play an important role in shaping and delivering some of our key initiatives, working cross-functionally to ensure successful execution, from scoping to delivery.
- Be a curious self-starter and help to drive impactful change, optimise processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Go the extra mile to get the project over the line, identifying problems and streamlining workflows.
- Be a hands-on team member, tracking/clearing risks and issues, running project plans.
- Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Support the Programme Manager in pulling together materials for various projects across the business and managing the overall projects portfolio.
- Be flexible to work on projects pending the business need, willing to muck in whatever the task.

- Comfortable working with and supporting senior leadership, managing stakeholder relationships.
- Willing to take on a variety of tasks to ensure project success.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment, balancing agility with structure.
- Approach work with kindness, respect, and curiosity.
- Experience in management consulting, product management or a background in tech, startups, or other fast-paced environments is a plus.
