Job Purpose
This role is the glue of our Marketing Department. Reporting to the VP of Brand and Creative and working closely with key stakeholders across departments and markets, you will produce, project manage, and run the internal BritBox Creative Studio. This role includes end-to-end creative production and overseeing operations of TV, digital, OOH, print, editorial assets, product assets, and 360 campaigns. The right person for this role thrives on logistics, feeds off a fast pace, and always finds a way forward. They love working closely with Creatives but understand the demands and constraints of other functions (in and out of Marketing) to accomplish both operational efficiency and creative excellence. They are experts at prioritizing and running multiple projects concurrently. This person has obsessive attention to detail, is comfortable working on projects with high ambiguity, and can operate effectively at both executional and managerial levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Creative Production team to execute 360 Marketing campaigns across Design, Copy, and Video in support of BritBox’s global Marketing, Editorial, and Product creative needs.
- Manage Creative Operations, including assigning the best match resources for projects internally or with freelancers, tracking time spent, and ensuring on‑time, quality delivery.
- Oversee and track global creative production budgets.
- Collaborate with key cross‑functional stakeholders across the business and production partners (e.g., external studios) to ensure asset capture aligns with campaign needs and deadlines for content launches.
- Manage cross‑functional relationships to position BritBox broadly, and the Creative Studio specifically, as an efficient, reliable, and collaborative partner.
- Develop and lead efforts to ensure optimal resourcing aligned to current and future priority business needs; evaluate improvements and new partners as the company scales.
- Evaluate and ensure operational tools meet ongoing creative operation needs.
- Share output summaries and budgetary updates with senior leadership.
- Produce global 360 Campaigns.
- Manage and mentor the wider production team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong experience in creative design and/or project management.
- Strong understanding of creative briefing and skill in capturing and communicating feedback.
- Leadership experience managing designers, copywriters, and video editors.
- Fluent in digital marketing with up‑to‑date industry knowledge across creative and production.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Expertise with project management tools such as AirTable.

We work flexibly at BritBox — to support new markets, some work will be conducted outside of UK business hours to coordinate with territories in other time zones.
