Job Purpose
We are looking for a creative production intern to join our team and learn about creative production from brief through to delivery. We are a fast paced small team and this role will contribute to the creation of marketing assets used globally. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real life marketing and editorial campaigns, understand the intricacies of production, gain understanding of legal and compliance workflows and create production plans.
Responsibilities
- Learning creative terminology and skillsets in order to schedule work with different creatives.
- Work closely with Producer and assist making timelines and agendas for projects, understanding how long things take and production workflows.
- Attend weekly check ins with other teams, gain an understanding of how teams are set up and the creative journey of assets.
- Attend weekly Creative stand ups.
- Brainstorm for social ideas and pitch their own ideas that could be used for our audience.
- Updating shared creative databases & deliverables list.
- Organise DropBox and sourcing assets from distributors.
- Organise project folders.
- Contribute ideas and concept planning for upcoming marketing campaigns.
- Learning compliance and legal workflows for production.
- Curating music playlists for creative edits.
- Help schedule creative workload.
- Help delivery of final campaign assets.
- Source footage from multiple locations, upload it to AWS systems, and traffic to the appropriate editor or production houses.
Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to multi task.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Experience working with creatives.
- Love for TV and content.
- Fantastic communication verbal and written skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technical systems and tools.
- Hands on attitude.
