Recruitment/Head Office Administrative Assistant – Liverpool
Britbet is a partnership of 58 racecourses across the UK, delivering betting services to racegoers under the Britbet and Tote brands. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Head Office team in Liverpool, supporting our Recruitment, Operations and Finance functions.
What you’ll do
Office Admin:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, post and day-to-day enquiries
- Investigate and track lost or late customer ticket payments
- Arrange collection and delivery of cash floats to racecourses
- Maintain strong relationships with On-course workforce and internal departments
- Support Operations at race meetings nationwide (staff passes, uniforms, accommodation)
Recruitment Admin:
- Track candidate progress for casual on-course roles, end-to-end process
- Support with onboarding process' (right-to-work checks, contracts, training arrangements)
- Manage inbound/outbound emails and calls for our casual on-course recruitment sector
- Liaise and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal departments
