We are looking for reliable team members to join our Betting team at York Racecourse. You will be working in the restaurants, lounges and public areas of the racecourse, servicing customers who would like to place a bet.
Who are we looking for?
- Applicants 18+
- Ability to work with cash confidently/good mental arithmetic
- Drivers are preferable
- No prior experience needed as paid training is provided
- Must be able to train with us on Tuesday 6th May
What does the role entail?
- You will place the customers bet/s on the till on live race days at the racecourse
- Pay out winnings to customers who present you with a winning ticket
- Cash handling effectively
- Confident talking to customers
