We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Partner to join our amazing team. The Customer Service Partner will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing our company's reputation. You will provide general support to our customers: product support, after sales service, placing orders. This position offers the opportunity to engage with diverse customers and provide exceptional service.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers and responding to their queries, via: Email, Telephone, Social Media
  • Giving general support to our customers on our products and providing after sales service
  • Working with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Teams, CRM system, Social Media platforms
  • Accurately inputting orders
  • Tracking deliveries
  • Working closely with other internal departments: Sales, Marketing, Warehouse
