The Role
This isn't a repetitive script-reading job. As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, helping digital and in-person buyers navigate a seamless journey from the moment they order to the day their furniture arrives.
- Engaging Customer Support: Handle friendly inbound enquiries via phone and digital channels (strictly no cold calling) with a warm, professional touch.
- Seamless Order Management: Take ownership of processing online and showroom payments, coordinat-ing with couriers, and generating delivery labels.
- Supplier Coordination: Keep the wheels turning smoothly by liaising with our trusted suppliers and deliv-ery partners.
- Vibrant Showroom Support: Act as a welcoming face for visiting customers and assist with general admin-istration to keep our dynamic e-commerce business organised.
