To ensure safe and effective running of all Britannia (SBW) wash machines and associated equipment, conducting installation, service, and repair activities in accordance with service department and customer requirements.
Qualifications, skills, and experience
- Ideally experience with commercial vehicle washes.
- Competent in machine fitting work, plumbing, electrics.
- Understanding of basic mechanical & electrical engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics.
- Able to follow works instructions, drawings, electrical diagrams.
- Experience of working with electric motors, drive shafts, pumps, gear boxes, PLCs, PCBs.
- IT savvy β able to use PDAs, email, MS office.
- Full driving licence, with max 3 penalty points.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
