As our services continue to grow, we are looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our team across our Domiciliary Care and Supported Living services.
Whether you are an experienced care professional or considering a rewarding career in social care for the first time, we will provide the training, guidance and support you need to succeed.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in helping the people we support maintain their independence, develop their confidence and enjoy a good quality of life.
Depending on the service, you may work with adults who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or other support requirements, either in their own homes or within supported living environments.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing respectful and person-centred personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming.
- Supporting individuals with everyday living skills such as cooking, shopping, budgeting and maintaining their home.
- Supporting or prompting individuals with prescribed medication in accordance with your training and company policies.
- Accompanying people to healthcare appointments, community activities and social events.
- Encouraging independence, choice and participation in everyday life.
- Building positive, trusting and professional relationships with the people we support, their families and other professionals.
- Completing accurate and timely care records and daily notes.
- Recognising and reporting safeguarding, health or wellbeing concerns promptly and appropriately.
- Following all company policies, procedures and safeguarding requirements to ensure safe and high-quality care.
Our Care Services
Domiciliary Care
Support individuals in their own homes with the practical and personal aspects of daily life, helping them remain independent within their local communities.
Duties may include personal care, meal preparation, medication support, household tasks and community access.
Supported Living
Work alongside adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs, helping them develop independence, life skills and confidence.
You will support individuals to make choices, achieve personal goals and participate in their communities.
£13.30 - £13.95 per hour, depending on experience.

Additional Requirements
- You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to provide the required documentation.
- You must be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly advantageous for Domiciliary Care positions, although non-drivers will also be considered where suitable opportunities are available.
