This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how we grow, compete, and differentiate in highly specialised therapy areas—while making a meaningful difference to patients’ lives.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Set the strategic direction for the marketing function, establishing a clear vision for excellence and lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement brand plans aligned with corporate objectives, leveraging deep insights into UK market dynamics (e.g., NHS changes, neurology, renal).

  • Drive pricing strategy, lifecycle management, and financial oversight to deliver growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales) and external stakeholders (KOLs, PAGs, charities) to align marketing activities and messaging.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, adapting tactics based on KPIs, and making clear, data-driven decisions and recommendations to optimise growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, ABPI Code, and regulatory standards in all marketing activities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or related field (MBA, MSc or PharmD is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally within specialty care including rare and orphan conditions.
  • Experience in neurology or nephrology is strongly preferred, with specific experience in Parkinson’s disease seen as an advantage.

  • Excellent collaboration skills in a matrix environment, with experience managing diverse stakeholders.
