How you will make an impact:
- Own month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Manage reconciliations, journals, accruals, reporting, and balance sheet controls.
- Support inventory, costing, statutory reporting, tax, audit, and compliance processes.
- Deliver clear financial analysis and commentary to support business decisions.
- Coach and develop the Financial Accountant while driving process improvements across the team.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong financial accounting and period‑end close experience.
- ERP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA, plus strong Excel skills.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience managing or supervising others.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
