As the National Sales Manager for Stada UK Specialty, you will lead and develop the UK specialty sales teams to consistently exceed sales targets, optimise access and drive uptake of the Stada UK Specialty portfolio. You will create a centre of excellence that outperforms the competition and remains agile across therapy areas, while ensuring your team upholds the highest ethical and compliance standards.

  • Drive flawless execution of brand strategies at the account level.
  • Embed a patient‑centric mindset in all sales and account activities to improve outcomes.
  • Build industry‑leading capabilities to grow faster than competitors and shape healthcare environments.
  • Regularly review and adapt the sales structure for scalability and agility.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, codes and company policies while fostering a strong ethical culture.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning and team development.
  • Oversee strategic account planning, resource allocation and execution excellence.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven track record in specialty pharmaceutical sales, particularly rare and orphan indications.
  • Demonstrable experience leading high‑performing sales teams in dynamic environments.
  • Strong strategic and operational planning skills, with advanced account planning capabilities in complex healthcare systems.
  • Degree in Science, Applied Science or Business (ABPI qualification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with NHS systems and specialty pharmaceutical business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills.
  • Competence in CRM systems and digital tools for hybrid customer engagement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK (full UK driving licence required).
