How you will make an impact:
- Help ensure our UK and global activities meet internal policies and pharma codes (e.g. ABPI/EFPIA).
- Provide accurate tracking, summaries and dashboards that give leaders clear visibility of compliance performance.
- Support compliant creation, approval and monitoring of promotional and non‑promotional materials.
- Contribute to engaging training, guidance and tools that build a strong culture of integrity across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Log and track approvals, exceptions, breaches and advisory requests in Veeva and other tools.
- Monitor compliance of Medical, Marketing and Sales activities with SOPs, policies and codes, escalating issues as needed.
- Produce monthly compliance summaries/dashboards and maintain key registers (training, G&H, sponsorship, HCP/HCO, CAPAs).
- Assist with drafting, reviewing and updating SOPs, policies, guidance and factsheets; support routine policy reviews.
- Help create compliance training materials and slide decks and upload/manage materials in Veeva PromoMats (or equivalent).
- Support monitoring activities (e.g. checks of materials, events, HCP/HCO engagements, digital content) and track follow‑up actions.
- Perform literature/regulatory horizon scans and summarise key updates for Compliance and Medical.
- Liaise with affiliates on compliant meetings/events and help update intranet pages with new documents and tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional brand teams (Medical, Commercial, Sales, PV, Compliance) to deliver projects compliantly and on time.

- Responsible, organised and detail‑oriented; able to follow tasks through with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to present information clearly and succinctly.
- Comfortable working with documents, databases and tracking tools; proficient in Word and PowerPoint, willing to use Excel and new systems (e.g. Veeva).
- Creative and keen to develop engaging training and communication materials.
- Motivated to learn about pharmaceutical codes, regulations and internal compliance processes.
- Versatile, happy to handle both administrative and analytical/scientific tasks and work across functions.
- Strong ethical mindset and integrity, especially with confidential or sensitive information.
