How You Will Make An Impact:
- Build in-depth knowledge of assigned medicines and their markets
- Support development and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns and materials
- Create and manage job bags in Veeva PromoMats, ensuring timely, compliant approvals
- Liaise with agencies and internal teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand marketing collateral
- Proof and check materials for consistency, accuracy and high standards
- Support organisation of international congresses and scientific symposia
- Assist the international marketing team with day‑to‑day admin, internal trackers, timelines and documentation
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, tracking and receipting
- Work in line with all relevant pharma codes and regulations (e.g. ABPI/PMCPA and GxPs)

- Strong interest in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing
- Excellent attention to detail and proofing skills
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with cross‑functional teams and external partners
- Proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable with both creative and administrative work
- Awareness of, or interest in learning about, pharma compliance requirements
