The Role of Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Fee Earner:
We are seeking an experienced Fee Earner/Paralegal to manage Personal Injury claims, taking ownership of your portfolio and working within established authority limits. This is a great opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and the drive to grow within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities of the Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Fee Earner/Paralegal:
- The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years previous Litigation experience in a similar RTA role, dealing with Personal Injury Litigation cases.
- Knowledge of credit hire, recovery, storage and liability arguments are very desirable.
- Managing and handling their own litigated caseload of RTA claims.
- The number of files and value of files will depend upon experience.
- The caseload will typically consist of mainly Fast Track and Multi-track litigated credit hire files with a small number of small claims credit hire files.
- Proactively managing their task list and ensuring that the firms case management system is used properly.
- Ensuring that settled files are processed promptly and file closures are kept up to date.
- Working within the firms standard service levels and keeping various groups updated.
